Naca policy

NACA was founded to advance and protect the participation of Native communities and individuals in government contracting and small business ownership. Throughout our tenure we have remained focused on policy priorities surrounding the advancement of tribal self-determination and economic development through participation in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Native 8(a) program. Today, NACA continues to make strides in areas of government contracting for American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiian Organizations. NACA also works to build coalitions with other Native organizations and minority owned small-businesses associations to strengthen our collective voices in Washington, D.C.
