Joseph Valandra, a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, has more than 35 years of experience supporting Tribal economic initiatives. He has held executive postions and board member roles on several public and private companies. Joe also formerly served as the Chieff of Staff of the National Indian Gaming Commission. He is a graduate of the University of South Dakota Business School and the University of Minnesota Law School.

Broderick Dressen, Iñupiat Eskimo, has worked for a decade supporting Native American, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian youth across tribal, urban, and nationwide programs. He has spent that latter part of his career connecting youth with opportunities in Washington, DC through the AT&T Center for Indigenous Politics and Policy by connecting them with tribal organizations. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Carleton College.
