➤ HOW DO I APPLY? To apply, click on the "Job Offerings" tab and navigate to the position. Then click on APPLY NOW. ➤ WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK? Upon submission of your application, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Based on your application, we will reach out to you for an interview if we think you may be a potential fit for the position. Throughout the process, we will keep you posted about the status of your application. ➤ WHAT DOES "REVIEW START" DATE MEAN? The Review Start Date is the earliest date that we will begin considering applications. However, it is not the last date by which we are accepting them. We will continue accepting and reviewing applications until the position has been filled. ➤ HOW WILL INTERVIEWS BE CONDUCTED DURING THE PANDEMIC? If NACA has job openings, interviews are expected to be conducted primarily via Zoom. ➤ WHAT ARE NACA'S OFFICE HOURS? NACA has extended hours - 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday - to assist our members from the East Coast to Hawaii during the pandemic. However, once we are safely back in the office, typical hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday. That said, all team members are expected to be available for events, training, and other responsibilities - even outside of office hours - as their job necessitates and at the request of the Executive Director. ➤ ARE THERE REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITIES? During the pandemic, our team is working from home and will continue to do so until it is safe to return. Once we return to the office, you are welcome to discuss a remote work proposal with the Executive Director. Remote work proposals will be considered on a case by case basis. NEED HELP?
